Donna Forrest of Keller Williams in Charlotte, NC, closed five transactions in one month from HouseHunt leads earning $35,000 in commissions on more than $1 million in sales.

“Not too bad for a single mom with two kids in only my second year in the business,” said Forrest, a top producer among 300 sales agents in the Keller Williams office in Charlotte, NC. Last year she closed $2.2 million in gross sales volume.

“Eighty-five percent of my business comes from HouseHunt leads,” she explained. “I am starting to get referrals, including some from HouseHunt clients I have not yet met. I hired an assistant in February and will add a buyer agent this month.”

Currently, Forrest is working with a buyer-couple from New Jersey who are negotiating offers on a $1.2 million estate and a $950,000 property in the Charlotte metro area. This lead also came from HouseHunt. In addition, she just took a listing for $600,000 thanks to her affiliation with HouseHunt.
