Barry Newman of Willow Lake Real Estate in Glenview, IL, has
enjoyed an incredible amount of success since he has been a HouseHunt member.
Awarded the “Circle of Excellence Award” as the top HouseHunt, Inc.
producer for both sales and commissions during the months of January 2004 and
February 2004, Newman closed eight transactions and $68,000 in commissions during
January, then went on to close more, with six transactions and $33,000 in commissions
during February. A HouseHunt member of a little more than a year, he has already
closed more than 30 transactions from HouseHunt leads. His most recent transaction
was a $2.825 million sale to a corporate VP who was relocating from New Jersey
to Illinois. |

Lilo Clacher of Sellstate Priority in Cape Coral, FL, joined
HouseHunt in April 2004, and is already enjoying an incredible amount of success.
Her affiliation with HouseHunt has enabled her to close five transactions, increasing
her sales volume by $1.129 million in only two months. She expects to close about
20-25 more by the end of the year, with each prospect ranging anywhere from $150,000
to $500,000. “It’s working fabulous,” she says.
Clacher has already amassed 140 leads in her database. “I have received
so many leads that I had to take on another person in to my team,” she said.
Using the TIM system, Clacher follows up on these leads by first writing a letter
and sending it immediately. “This helps me establish a personal connection
with the prospect,” she says. The very same day Clacher then also calls
to introduce herself and enter these potential clients into her program so that
they may receive listings daily. “Joining HouseHunt is the smartest
thing that I have ever done in my whole real estate career. We are working with
so many clients from all over and have so many contacts that we had to take on
