Seller's Control. I will help you with innovative ideas if needed.

Seller's Control. I will help you stage your home to make it as appealing as possible to the buying public.

5) PRICE:

Seller's Control. It is my responsibility to educate you as what buyers have been willing to pay for properties comparable to yours. I will offer guidance and information but the final pricing decision is yours.
